Mike Lowell jacked one out of the ballyard and had 5 RBI and Derek Lowe
completed the game without help from the bullpen as the Tombstone
Huckleberries clobbered the outmatched Chainsaw Proctologists, 11 to
1.
Lowell provided much of the offense. He doubled which was good for two runs
in the 3rd inning and belted a three-run homer (his 11th of the season) in
the 6th inning. Tombstone managed 15 hits in their victory.
Lowe(12-3) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 1 run. The loss was
charged to Vicente Padilla(1-1). By giving up 7 runs in 5 and 1/3 innings
his ERA increased from 5.91 to 6.75.
